2024 + 2025 Projects
2024 Grant Project
New Classrooms, School Supplies, Uniforms, and Sanitary Pads in Old Odonase
In 2023, we were generously award a grant from The Maldari Foundation. With the grant funding, we built 2 new classrooms in Old Odonase, Ghana, located in the Central Region. We also covered the cost of feminine supplies, uniforms, desks, and more to the students in the region. This project led us to start our “Every Woman” initiative and gave way to our 2025 & 2026 grant projects.
Every Woman Project
We’re committed to providing sanitary pads to the women and students of Old Odonase. Without access to sanitary pads, women can fall behind in school or use rags that lead to infections. A period should not end a woman’s opportunity to succeed. Let’s change that.
Technology Center in Odubi
Our most recent technology center was built in Odubi, Ghana, located in the Ashanti Region. We provide 728 students with access to educational content and computer literacy training. The technology center includes a library with more than 1,000 books.
Teacher Housing Project
We’re thrilled to share that we were awarded our second charitable grant from the Maldari Family Charitable Foundation for the 2025 Grant Cycle to build teacher bungalows in Old Odonase, a rural farming village in the Central Region of Ghana.
In 2025, we constructed six housing units and are pleased to be building 4 more units in the coming year. Each unit includes a small kitchen, main room, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. These bungalows will provide teachers with comfortable living spaces complete with electricity and plumbing.
Our goal is to attract and retain top educators by providing housing that is competitive with accommodations in more developed areas so students in Old Odonase can receive a consistent and high-quality education. We’re honored to have been awarded a generous grant from the Maldari Foundation for the 2026 Grant Cycle to complete this work.
